ANFF-VIC

ANFF-VIC is one of eight Nodes of ANFF, a national network of open-access micro- and nano-fabrication capabilities. ANFF-VIC enables research by providing open-access to specialist equipment through either process training, direct access, or fee-for-service production. The VIC Node offers capabilities at six Victorian universities and the ISO 9001-certified Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication (MCN). The MCN alone houses more than 100 cutting-edge capabilities, 20 dedicated process engineers and both Class 100 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
