ANFF-SA’s state-of-the-art facilities house more than $15 million of cutting-edge equipment, including high-quality clean room laboratories and the latest in virtual design and simulation software. Providing open access to researchers, academics and industry, ANFF-SA offers professional training and collaboration with specialist technicians in the fields of: advanced sensing, point-of-care, smart interfaces, lab-on-a-chip, biofabrication, screening platforms, mineral processing and more.

ANFF-VIC is one of eight Nodes of ANFF, a national network of open-access micro- and nano-fabrication capabilities. ANFF-VIC enables research by providing open-access to specialist equipment through either process training, direct access, or fee-for-service production. The VIC Node offers capabilities at six Victorian universities and the ISO 9001-certified Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication (MCN). The MCN alone houses more than 100 cutting-edge capabilities, 20 dedicated process engineers and both Class 100 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
